We recognize that privacy is important. This document
outlines the types of personal information we receive and collect when you use
adMAD.Mobi's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard
information. We hope this will help you make the right decision about sharing
personal information with us.
- We will not
give, sell or rent your mobile number or email address to any third party.
- When you
register with us, we ask you to provide your email address to send administrative
messages to you from time to time.
- You can decide
not to submit personal information, in which case we won't be able to make
the adMad services available to you.
At your option, and in your sole
discretion, you may provide us with certain demographic information, such as
your age, city and country. This information is collected (and is made public)
to facilitate the social networking that is inherent in the services. We will
not distribute that information with any other personal information about you,
except to the extent that content you submit for publication on the site
specifically includes any such personal information.
Personal information
- You
need an invite from an adMAD member to register for creation of your account as
it is an invite-only network. adMad asks for some personal information when you
create an Account, including your email address and a password, which is used
to protect your account from unauthorized access.
- When
you invite new members into your network through adMAD Messaging, we collect
and maintain information associated with those messages, including email
addresses, mobile numbers and content.
- When
you send SMS messages to or from the adMAD.Mobi, we collect and maintain
information associated with those messages, such as the phone number, the
wireless carrier associated with the phone number, the content of the message,
and the date and time of the transaction.
- We
collect personal information when you register for our services. We may combine
personal information collected from you with information from third parties to
provide a better user experience, including customizing ads for you.
- We may
use cookies and other technologies to enhance your online experience.
- adMad
Servers automatically record information when you visit our website, including
the URL, IP address, browser type and language, and the date and time of your
request.
Uses
- adMAD
maintains and processes your personal information in order to provide your
adMAD account and access. Your profile information is not displayed to other
users in the network.
- When
you send messages through adMAD, your name and email address will be identified
in the message. We also use your name and email address to notify you of new
members in your network
- We may
use personal information to provide the services you've requested, including
services that aim targeted advertising.
- We may
also use personal information for auditing, research and analysis to operate
and improve adMad services.
- We may
share aggregated non-personal information with third parties outside of adMad.
- When we
use third parties to assist us in processing your personal information, we
require that they comply with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate
confidentiality and security measures.
- We may
also share information with third parties in limited circumstances, including
when complying with legal process, preventing fraud or imminent harm, and
ensuring the security of our network and services.
- adMAD
processes personal information on our servers in India. In some cases, we
process personal information on a server outside your own country.
Your choices
Information sharing
adMAD will only share personal information with other
companies or individuals outside of adMAD in the following limited
circumstances:
- We have
your consent. We require opt-in consent for the sharing of any sensitive
personal information.
- We
provide such information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies or other
trusted businesses or persons for the purpose of processing personal
information on our behalf. We require that these parties agree to process such
information based on our instructions and in compliance with this Policy and
any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
- We have
a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such
information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law,
regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce
applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations
thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical
issues, or (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety
of adMAD, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.
If adMAD.Mobi becomes involved in a merger, acquisition,
or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will provide notice before
personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy
policy.
We may share with third parties certain pieces of
aggregated, non-personal information, such as the number of users who searched
for a particular term, for example, or how many users clicked on a particular
advertisement/link. Such information does not identify you individually.
Information we collect and how we use
it:
- adMAD
cookies -
When you visit adMAD.Mobi, we send one or more cookies - a small file
containing a string of characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies
your browser. We use cookies to improve the quality of our service by storing
user preferences and tracking user trends. Most browsers are initially set up
to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to
indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some adMAD features and services
may not function properly if your cookies are disabled.

- When you use adMAD services, our servers automatically record information

include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address,
browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or
more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.

unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of
data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and
processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security
measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store

We restrict access to personal information to adMAD

confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination
and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

to time. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit
consent, and we expect most such changes will be minor. Regardless, we will
post any policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we

of personal data that cannot be resolved between adMAD Mobi and an individual.
